Only 15 minutes drive from Whitemark, the main town on the island and 20 minutes drive from the airport, the property comprises 34.4 hectares (85 acres) of land with 1km of beachfront with a solitary 2 bedroom, beautifully appointed, fully furnished, house and is a haven of peace and serenity.
The house faces due north with large double glazed windows overlooking Fotheringate Beach and Mount Strzelecki.
The north facing house comprises two bedrooms with king and queen size beds, two bathrooms, one an ensuite with bath overlooking the bay and mountains.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, dishwasher, fully furnished lounge room commanding spectacular views through huge bespoke double glazed windows with a slow combustion stove for those cooler evenings.

The beach sits just 100m away through the dunes. The start of the Mt Strzelecki walking track is only 2km away and Trousers Point beach, featured in Australian Geographic magazine and the most visited point on Flinders Island, is only 1km away.
